On the East coast of Zanzibar, in Jambiani, when it’s low tide, the water recedes almost to the horizon. This means that the locals have access to all of the sea life that hides on the ocean floor. I was struck by these beautiful women who looked like they were walking on water, collecting bait for fishing, and other local delicacies.
